I've actually got 4 different brews fermenting right now: porter, dunkelweizen, american wheat, and a variation on the red ale I brought to E3. Each of those should be pretty substantial, but the dunkel and wheat are volatile (only about 6 weeks in the bottle til they break down).

Then allow me to recommend Trois Pistoles from Unibroue. It's a big ol' bottle of hell yes, and its probably the smoothest 9% I've ever had. http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/22/30/

All 4 are in the bottles now. Dunkelweizen and American Wheat taste amazing, Porter is quite unique and delicious (kinda went for half-America and half-European), and the Red Ale has been reclassified as more of an Amber Ale.... we're still trying to nail down the recipe for that one.
If anyone is local to Los Angeles and wants to try them, they'll be featured at Noche Cubana on August 4th at FACLA.
