Been looking forward to PS2, decided to sign up here, I play shooter's like BF2, BF3, ArmA 2... etc.

Anyway I cant wait for Planetside 2, only one problem though, I just cant decide which faction to join

they all have something I like, mainly torn between NC and VS but still get tempted by TR

What are you looking for in a faction? What style of gameplay do you enjoy?

You can always make a player on each faction and then select the one you prefer the most.

I play TR, but originally played NC. I moved to TR for the outfit when the PS1 servers merged, and never looked back.
It's more about who you play with, not just the faction's weapons and acft.

well I like to play tactical, go in with a purpose and a plan, rather than rush in and see what happens. I loved the project reality mod for BF2 as an example

Then I would find an outfit that suits your play style, and go from there, regardless of faction. Altho TR is known / portrayed as the "professionals"
