I have been trying to get into beta for WEEKS. i know you guys dont know me very well but could someone who has an extra key PLEASE donate or tell me how to get one without paying $5 or having to take a survey.

Well I can't say for sure how generous a random key-holder will be, BUT I can tell you about the Key Exchange program going on in the site right now.
Right >here< is the link to the PS2 key exchange page. Check back there periodically for keys donated by users and devs. Higby threw in 75 at one point. Tip: check back tomorrow around noon (depending on your time zone) because Xander Clauss (another dev) is planning on dropping a bunch of keys then.

if you're less hopeful and want a more guaranteed spot in the beta, you can quickly sign up for a Planetside 1 subscription and try to get vet status. Smedly reported on a Reddit post that it's very likely if you subscribe now you can still get into the beta on day 1.

How long ago did you make your PS1 account? Was it really recently? Because you may be signed on for the free 30-day thing that started a while ago. That's what I'm on because I made my account like half an hour ago.

also what time is it where you live right now so i know what noon is for me?
