Can't Logon to my SOE account

Hello I recently made a SOE account and purchased Planetside 1 hoping to get into the vet stage of Planetside 2's beta. Today it seems I cant login to my account. It simply says I have the wrong username/password combo. The thing is i know the username is correct because that is how SOE addresses me in their emails. I reset my passwords because I figured I just forgot my password or something. NOPE; even with the new password I can't login and it is really frustrating.

After giving it sometime the new password worked and allowed me access to my account.

Don't mean to dig my thread from a few days ago, but this problem seems to comeback and go away then comeback and is still pretty annoying. My guess is the SOE login servers are just going down but I have no way of confirming that. Any enlightening information about this issue would be much appreciated.

Bumping this because I appear to be having the same issue. So it appears to be a roaming issue that crops up every now and then.

Even used the 'Forgot Password' AND 'Forgot Username' from the DC Universe Online launcher.

...so I'm using the same username that was emailed and the new password I created and still throwing up "Wrong username or password"-error.
