can people jump on top of vehicles? like can someone crouch down on top of a tank while it's moving, if all of the slots inside of it are full and they wanted to get somewhere, or is it like battlefield where if you're on anything moving it screws up and you clip through the thing and fall off. i hate that most about battlefield, clipping through objects.
They should make it, if you put dynomite inside of a jeep and drive it doesn't magically fall out through the bumper!

also, can you customize your appearance at all in planetside?

Nope, Smokejumper stated that physics between you and the vehicle (Ooooh, Sexy) will make you slide off. You can stand on non-moble ones for a vantage point without any problem other then getting up there, though.

hmm.. but no vibrating right? i know how in half-life mods(old engine i know) when u oh say crouch on an entity you vibrate like crazy and have clipping problems. just yea as long as u dont clip like crazy when on a vehicle or anything.

nope dont think so, but keep in mind, its gonna be REALLY hard to get ontop of things that are over a few feet high. This ant tribes.

With standing someone on a moving vehicle, the physics makes sense except for Terran Max which can dig in with their spikes on their boots stopping the slidding :P

i hope the prowler manufacturer installs an alarm system on the prowler that delivers 10,000 volts to the TR MAX that tries to clamp down on it.

yeah the thing I would love to see is a reaver with 1 dude standing ontop of it, you could do that in BF, that was great fun, tho hard to do it with newbies in the demo version.
I would LOVE to do that in PS.
And also hope that it will be many kind of stunts u can do in it, like in BF where you could lay explosives on the ground and have a jeep run over it and at the same it it runs over it u detonate the explosives and the jeep flies like hell, I think. I have never tried it tho just read it.
Hope it will be thoose things, lots of thoose things. Like Harrasser jumping over the base walls.
