Btw, there are no New Conglomerate Auraxium enrichment facilities on Esamir. These are all lies spread by the Terrans and Vanu propaganda machines. |

Evilhomer it honestly sounds like you don't want to understand the mechanics of the beta UI. Anyone who has spent 60 seconds going over each screen should know what to do. I just don't understand how someone who has apparently played since alpha just discovered Auraxium by reading this thread, it seem like you are severely lacking an attention span.
I really suggest you just take a few minutes to just look at the UI, scan over everything and play with it. This game isn't even out yet and we've all ready seen multiple UI changes so just be patient. |

Have earn't 12500, bought the Hellfire missiles and now have another 2300, saving up for the bolt action sniper rifle for the VS.
And no farming required, just fight in bases being hacked or defended and kill lots and you wont have any issues gaining "wh0reaxium" BR10 at the moment |

I honestly just wish Auraxium gain wasn't linked to how my empire is doing. Earning personal items and improvements slower because my team has low pop or is losing feels really unfair.
Everyone should be able to progress at a rate that is either the same or based on their own accomplishments in game. When it comes to benefits based on empire dominance leave that to resources.

...But I think a bigger issue is how territory control solely revolves around "Auraxium Hexes". Everything else is secondary to capturing a Major Facility, it's the only thing that drives pushes in combat outside of locking a faction at their Warpgate... I think a great change for the Resource Meta-game would be altering Major Facilities so that they didn't generate a set amount of Auraxium per tick, but instead their production was tied to how much of a specific Resource your Faction was bringing in. So say you have a Bio Lab, it give you Auraxium based on the amount of Polymers your Faction was getting. Now you not only have to defend your Bio Lab, you have to protect or capture Polymer producing Outpost as well. Still, this won't solve the issues of Continent Whoring or Combat Stagnation, but I'm pretty sure those are more a symptom of Static Footholds and will hopefully get around to doing a write up on that in another thread. I have just over 12000 Auraxium @ BR8.
I farmed about 2000 of it one night while dropping ammo for those at the warp gate. It was +90 a tick so what ever a tick is you can work out how long I was there. That will also include pushing the enemy back to the warp gates. The rest is from battles good and bad on and off Indar and Esamir. I dont fly so I am not sure what to spend it on. That late night I was farming it I looked up the wrong weapons for the Sunderer and was going to by a Vanguard weapon by mistake. Previous wipe I saved for twin bursters for the max but I really didnt see the benefit of the extra burster for such an outlay. And its really only a situational class anyway. |

I'm BR7 and I have about 15000 since the wibe. I know I bought a Hawk, the 5000 medic gun and have about 2500 left over.
I did want to point out (Whiteeagle alluded to it) that some Auraxium is tied to personal actions. The medals you get for each weapon also reward you witha set amount of Auraxium. The bronze is 50. I know it's not much, but I'm hoping to see larger numbers for the harder to get medals. I think I had the bronze one about an hour and a half after I started playing. It seems to me that if these rewards were put more on display and were of suitable compensation then players might be more enticed to get into the battles, rather than just back capping bases for cert points. Just talking with people in game it appears that most aren't aware that earning auraxium is even possible outside of ticks, so they decide to earn certs by back capping because it is possible. On that note, I still don't understand the draw, I get more cert points healing and killing in a large battle than I do capturing empty bases. I'd also like to vote for global resource/auraxium gain. I know I sat in Esamir after we (NC) had TR and VS pushed back to their warp gates because I didn't want to miss out on easy resources to max out my grenades and C4. Not to mention the crazy auraxium I was getting. Though it's hard to say what they really need to do with the auraxium, as it's importance is going to be greatly decreased once people can just use station cash to purchase whatever they're trying to get with auraxium instead. But that's a different topic. And a side note, is there a currency identifier for auraxium yet? RAX? Õ? Something? I get tired of typing "auraxium" when talking about it. |

VS on the NA server BR 7 and have 7k Auraxium as of this evening. Have only played on Indar, VS that spend time on Esamir would make less.
I agree with Hamma and others that Aurxaium gain needs to be changed. It encourages players to camp a continent their Empire already controls or is dominant, and it encourages AFK Macroing. It's just a bad system. |

VS, BR7, 5100 Aux to date. Mostly on Esamir, before we permanently lost control.
I spent about the last 6 hours in-game on Esamir, trying to push NC off of warpgate. During that entire time, I earned under 100 Aux. One of the NC tanks parked in a ring around the WG territory said they earn 90 Aux. a tick, i.e. 1080 an hour. So, most Reavers have A2G, many tanks have seeker missiles. Of course it all ignores the WG 'shields' so there is no rea;l chance of counterattack. And the XP, resource bonus is not zone specific, so I was recently getting a 7% bonus, with cont. pops at 80% NC, 7% VS. Also, yay, 107% of 0. |

since AUX is hard to get, it would be nice if it was possible to sell weapons, with a small loss maybe.
I im pretty sure i will spend most of my AUX on weapons that I will try but never use and hence waste of AUX. it will take alot of tries before I find the guns I like and want to keep. |
