Character Name Reservation

Does anyone know if there are plans to allow vets to get priority on name selection for launch?

I have used the name Taru ever since I started playing Planetside 1, and all throughout the tech test and beta up until now. Unfortunately, I couldn't create my character right after the wipe this time because I was away on travel; and now it is taken by someone else.

I don't want to go so far to say I'm entitled to the name, but it's frustrating when you lose that online identity. I'm sure whoever took it is annoyed by all the tells and requests they are getting meant for me.
