RP is planetside, while not unheard of, is rare. It makes sense that I should take a few minutes to explain how we'll be operating.
The primary focus of SecuriCom will be to create a rewarding and unique user experience. We want like minded players to come together and work towards a common goal. There are plenty of outfits available to bring a group together and go out to bases to defend and attack. SecuriCom will give you a reason to do it. Through forum based storytelling in which all players are participating, we will create a storyline for individual players and for the outfit alike. The storyline will begin with the securing of a contract from one of the many businesses on Auraxis. We will be tasked to defend this base from enemy incursion. At this point, our players will take responsibility for the protection of this base from enemy incursion. Communication and organization will be vital to our sucess.
Our outfit is split into three wings, each with a lead operator; Air, Mechanized, and Infantry. Each wing will meet weekly at the Commander's discretion to build unit cohesivness, and train in unit based tactics. We will practice tirelessly to become units of elite operators. Realism is the key here. We will use real military tactics to accomplish our objectives. Our in-game chatter will sound more authentic than your average unit.
Discipline is very important to us. We cannot achieve our goals if the players involved are not disciplined. We will be surrounded by players who take this game seriously. Players who do not tollerate defeate. We must learn to adapt to situations that arise so that we overcome our enemies.
