PS1 Vet Bonus?

Some people get them, most don't, is the system screwed up?

I got the Vets and Alpha Squad email, but I have no Vets decal, only Beta and Squad Alpha decals. o

I haven't received a vet email or decal/title yet either, just the alpha squad/beta decals.

I didn't get the decal, and it can't only be a simple DECAL as a vet reward! What ever happened to PS1 style armor/CR5 backpacks in PS2 as our rewards?

I hope it just delayed in sending the email or bonus..

To restate: I haven't gotten my Veteran title or decal, despite being a long-time Planetside player.

New: I got onto the SOE live chat support and talked to a representative. I explained the problem and he contacted someone who deals with these things and informed me that I'd be emailed. Later today I received another email saying:

Yeah, they've posted in one of the threads on the PS2 forums. I think they are looking into it.
