Only Recieved part of my gear

I bought a 20 dollar pack of 2000 points i bought a 250 suit 250 helm and a 500 gun that left 1000 points so i bought another gun this one did not get deliverd, i tryed loggin out still no gun the points are gone lol go figure who do i contact steam or planet side?

What gun was it and did you check all classes to see if it's there? You might have bought a gun only useable by the medic, for example.

same thing happened to me it can take a little time to process the order sometimes, if it hasn't arrived by today you need to contact SOE support either in game or on the official website. They'll either fix them problem or issue a refund on the sc.
I just left it over night and by the next day everything had arrived.

No point contacting steam as it has nothing to do with them.

logging out and then back in will fix it well it did for me. that really needs to be sorted out though. whoops just read that you did that well nothing else for it but try to contact them.

you know what guy's i did get the gun it went too the medic .. which is BS it never said it was a medics gun oh well nice little scam there.. no more money from me

I wouldn't call it a scam, just have to make sure(with the current system) that what your buying is what you want.
