Its one of the early design artworks they made for PS next/2 in 2009/10 by a artist named Kai Lim.

you can see that a lot of his stuff is actually in the game (Reaver, Mosquito, Vanguard and Lightning hull, Galaxy) but without such a futuristic look (ESFs and galaxy without glass cockpit windows as example) and a lot of things didnt make it into the game (i think mainly cause it looked to far away from the Planetside 1 Design) ...especially the weapons and turrets one the tanks are completely different now)...i mean...look at his Prowler design and the specs of the weapons:

They can't be trusted to balance ESF's or infantry weapons and now a carrier...... just ugh FAIL game is fail.

To be constructive..... ummm... struggling here..... put it only over water or in water.
