Make decals play nicely with composite armour

Well this is more of a bug, but there's no bug forum that I can see.....

Composite armour overlays shoulder decals when equipped.

OK, they're both fluff items, but they should really play nicely together. Have the decal apply to the shoulder-plates of the armour when both are equipped, or move them so they are placed somewhere where they won't be obscured.

Not a biggie, obv - but if someone had paid for both (I'm only using the free decals) then they'd likely be a bit disappointed that they couldn't use them together.
