Can't make a sig

I have sigs for 2 of my 3 characters, but for some reason it won't let me make one for my NC character. Kodaita is his name.

Are you getting any sort of error?

Nope, no errors. I click on that characters name, says Sig not created yet. I make a sig, click the save sig button and then it goes back to showing no sig created yet. Been trying to make a sig for him for 3 days now.

I have sigs for Vertabrae and Vanudrax. Kodaita is the character I cannot make a sig for.

I've just noticed something, When I click on Kodaita it says I can only claim 3 characters. I had orginally claimed him, but then I deleted the character and remade him on a different server. I'm guessing I need to somehow release the old version of him and claim the new version. How do I go about doing that.

I deleted the old character. The API does not tell us when an old character is deleted :/
