There is a notice when individual territories are taken. There is a notice when your side loses territories.

When a continent changes sides, let's give everyone on the Continent an IMMEDIATE GLORIOUS NOTICE! It should be more noteworthy than the simple "Base Captured" notices to reflect the monument of the achievement.

You shouldn't have to just capture the last base and then check the map to make sure your side captured the continent. You should have it IMMEDIATELY PROCLAIMED TO YOU.

For that matter, a notice when a side loses a continent and it goes neutral would be nice too.
