Bought the spawn beacon now where is it? How do I deploy it?

It will show up when you are a leader of a squad in with your weaponry/tools automatically. It will be the last item on the inventory of weapons/tools on your hud. You have to switch to it like you would switching to any other weapon and then place it by hitting your trigger button. Placement areas will light the beacon up green when its a viable location to place it.

Edit: Just to clarify, it will ONLY show up when you are squad leader, so no solo use.

Yep you will be able to switch to it just like a weapon.
