Shields, terminals, bullet tracings and flora not showing...

Is this a known bug? When I load up in game I notice the weapon terminal screens have disappeared (but you can still use them) as well as the base and vanguard shield, bullet tracings and overall flora isn't present.

Any ideas on a fix? I did a complete re-install and nothing has changed.

I use to get this when I had a render quality>1 and texture quality at 0 as well as probably some other settings at 4 or 5 in useroptions.ini.
Try setting everything to "high" in the gui and reset the renderquality to 1.0.

I had render quality on 100% in the GUI and changing it to 99% seemed to fix it. Bizarre.
