My Tale of Woe

So I have been checking Planet side out since the end of November. Signed up for the Beta when I could and waited. And waited.
Last month I told a friend of mine about Planetside, and he said it sounds cool. I told him that he can sign up for beta and he did.
Yesterday he got accepted. At first I thought "April Fools day was Tuesday bonehead." But he said "I know, But I am still in Beta." He then proceded to laugh at me. The Bastard.

I would go check it out by looking over his shoulder or whatever, but here is the kicker.
HE IS LEAVING FOR THREE WEEKS AND GOING TO FLORIDA!
and he won't be able to play Planetside while he is on Vacation.

OH CRUEL CRUEL WORLD!

So... My question is, would it mess up his NDA if I break into his house, steal his computer, and play the Beta?

Maybe he's just messing with you. If he is, kill him. If not, kill him and take his beta account.

Either way I strongly favor the death penalty for this guy, and no I don't have a good reason.

He isn't faking.
At work he downloaded and printed the manual. Then he let me look at it for a second.

He also let me see the login page of the Beta website. He then logged in, while I watched, Then he let me see the page afterwards. Then he turned off the monitor and told me to leave.

Anyone want to assassinate this guy while he is in florida?

I would've beaten the snot out of him right there!!! Tied him up, then made him watch as I posted screens of PS till someone banned him for breaking the NDA....
