The Vortex now takes three (3) fully charged shots to kill an enemy MAX plus a pair of uncharged. Previously it only took two (2) charged shots plus a pair of uncharged shots. Infantry took one (1) fully charged shot plus a pair of uncharged shots to kill prior to patch. Now it takes two fully charged shots to put them down.
I was really looking forward to the ZOE because it was supposed to change those numbers to two (MAX) and one (Infantry) charged shots respectively. Now I find my enthusiasm has been crushed by this undocumented change. Please tell me this is a bug. Last edited by Rasui; 2013-05-22 at 04:00 PM. |

Fracture 2-3 shotting infantry is totally fine because it's hard to hit. Vortex is too easy to charge up and hit with, so it shouldn't do any damage to infantry.
....................................BAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAAHAHAHAHAH, God, I can't say that with a straight face. Whoever is in charge of balancing these weapons needs to be hit on the head with a heavy object. I think a retarded emu could do a better job of balancing. |
