Awesome books. I've read Ender's Game, Speaker of the Dead, and Xenocide. Orson Scott Card (i think that is his name) is a great author. It was several years ago I read those three and had no idea that more were out in that series. Currently I went back to the Dragonlance series and reading The War of Souls trilogy (third one just came out in paperback). I'm kind of partial to Margaret Weis & Tracy Hickman and loved all of thier Dragonlance books as well as the Death Gate Cycle books.

I read Ender's Game, and began Speaker for the Dead, but couldn't bring myself to read past the 10th page.
To all who are wondering: Ender's Game is a story about a boy genius, being trained to be the best general on earth, in order to save the humans from a race known as the Buggers.

Ohh yea almost forgot... for people who liked this series you should try "Seventh Son", its another O. S. Card series. Its an alternate history book... but by far the best of the genre. Ohh and a list of the book titles for the ender series for those who want to find them...
1. Enders Game 2. Speaker for the dead (you can get 1 and 2 together now) 3. Xenocide 4. Children of the mind also there is a newer book out about Bean a character from the first book that is the story of what happened to him at the school. Its entitled "Enders Shadow." For casual readers (and younger readers) I recommend "Enders Game" (was my favorite book when I was a kid) and "Enders Shadow" (Its the same kinda defeating the odds, root for the underdog kinda tale).

I Actually finished reading "Ender's Game" a couple days before this thread started and am now half into "Speaker for the Dead". "Ender's Game" had much more action than "Speaker for the Dead" has had so far. "Ender's Game" is a very good read for anyone who likes sci-fi.
"Ender's Shadow" follows "Bean" from "Ender's Game" and the story is told from his point of view.

Speaker, and the other "Ender" novels (not the whole series just those featureing Ender") really don't have much action. They are more moral questions. Well there is some action, but not like Ender's Game. That style is more like Ender's Shadow, and other "Bean" novels.
-edit BTW Children of the Mind is awesome

Just because you can't stop reading. And when you finish you just start all over again.
This is the book that never ends... it just goes on and on my friends... some people started reading it just because... and now they keep on reading it because... it is the book that never ends...
