Just have a link to the forums. I never understood why this is necessary.

Since they are going to do it anyway:
Server
Faction (those two right there narrows down your choices anyway).
Description - post up your fan fiction about how you are awesome
Recruitment Status: (open, invitation, or closed).
Obligatory youtube recruitment - so we can see how great you can pub stomp!

If they needed to go further, you can add in:
Type:
Military Simulation - hardcore kids who think that they need to recreate a realistic military experience they never had.
Competitive - "We compete in tournaments etc. that dont exist (sorry Comm Clash)
Pub - We group up and fight people then log off

Include number of girls in the outfit and if there aren't any just make something up. The majority age group currently playing will find this very appealing.

In no particular order:

-Website URL (to include social media links)
-Primary timezone of the outfit
-Days/times of organized activity (Operations and things)
-Primary playstyle (Infantry/Armor/Air/Bit of everything)
-Obviously some space will be needed for the OL to write up a brief overview
-Application process (to include any applicable outfit requirements)
-Typical outfit strength (squad sized, subplatoon sized, platoon sized, subcompany size)
-Outfit recruiter's Point Of Contact (POC) info

I'm sure there's more that could useful but that's what popped into my head.

A place for Country would be awesome.

Country would be interesting, as well as what timezone the outfit operates in mainly (GMT-8:00) for example. I don't think they should include external links inside planetside. A small box where you can enter a little 500 character synapses of your outfit should be enough. Along with that I would like to see a checkbox where an outfit recruitment could say what they're currently looking for. "Support/Pilots/Tankers/Etc" Or what they focus on even.
