The New Word Association Thread was started on November 14, 2002. That's pretty close to 5 months now. As of this post, there are 3276 replies and 219 pages.
At this rate, by November 14, 2003, there should be around 7000 replies and over 450 pages. Seriously, I've seen lots of Word Association Threads on forums, but none have ever come close to being as long as the one in this forum. How many people think the thread will die before Hamma or someone locks it?

I think that after the game comes out, it will almost ide, but someone will dig it up from time to time

That thread has almost been around as long as I have...
I came to the PSU/PSI boards late July, so... to lock or delete that thread would be like ripping up the US Constitution and spitting on it! Well... maybe not... But still - TNWA thread must go on forever! Long live the memory of JHilger and his bannable offenses!
