A RPG doesn't have to have dice or chance nor be fantastical adventures.
The definition of Role-Playing is exactly that, playing a role. Role-playing does NOT have anything to do with dice or chance, D&D yes but that's a fanstic medieval RPG not Role-playing itself. Role playing can range from D&D to simply acting out what would happen if 2 plumbers got together or even not so rated PG-13 stuff between you and your GF.
Role-Playing <> Nerd with dice.
As for RPing in PS i would love to but not many are into it. If i meet some peeps in game who play the part of a Lt from wherver and not some 20year old from New york then i might join-in.
