Unable to connect to login server

Rite this started on Saturday morning and is really annoying me - I have posted in the offical Forum E-mailed them and even tryed the chat and so far no "suggestion" has helped
Basically i cannot connect to the login server - I load the launch pad fine and then press "PLAY" the ads run fine and then the game comes to a grinding halt. This happens time and time again - the most annoying thing though is after x number of attempts i can log in i managed it at 10:39 UK time today (tuesday) and also about 4 pm UK time on Sunday
I run a ISDN connection through a router and firewall yet this has not effected my gaming since i first started playing. I have also tried connecting my PC direct to teh outsdie workld and the problem still went on!!!
PLZ help SOE have been useless so far and I just wanna play
