Ps Additions That Will Never Make It

Add Your Own As You Please...
1) Cities- Cities would be the perfect battle ground, im not saying add NPC's but just empty runined cities that can be controled. the CC could be in the government bulding in the middle of the city or whatever and buildings could have different types of facilities and each has a 2-5 min hack time. Each building can provide sniper post, vech pads, clone facilities, equip terms, ect but since its a destroyed building it doesnt have 'em all and u have to collect as many of the buldings as u can. blowing the generator in the government bulding would make the whole city black out untill its repaired... but then the back up gens would power up the other buldings if they have NTU's stored if not they wont work. Now as NPC's go non of the cities should have these if they are on battle continents, but NPC's should be allowed in cities that are located in the Sanctuaray... where else would the refugees go but on their factions sanc?
Why it wont be inputted- cuz the devs dont wanna work so hard untill they are making a profit 3 years from now... plus its more of an expansion pack then an addition it would be too big for a patch.
