Having problems with PS

Ok, I've posted this problem before, but no-one solved it, so here it is again.

When I play PS, the animations play fast, i.e the walking animation plays VERY quick, causing me to walk VERY quick, which is ruining my gameplay, as i feel it's not right. Also, when entering certain continents the game completely locks up and displays an error that says something about allocs.
