No, one really seems to notice, or maybe they do, but never say anything, but why doesn't the Sanctuary allow you to get shields? I mean its a freakin sanctuary. If you can recert and get implants at the sanc. you would think you could get shields. I just think that the sanc. should have all the benefits you would get if you had a locked continent and went to a base. IMO
What do you think?
