Leaders?

Republic: a government in which supreme power resides in a body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by elected officers and representatives responsible to them and governing according to law.

Sovereignty: preme power especially over a body politic b : freedom from external control : controlling influence

Conglomerate: a widely diversified corporation

There has to be some sort of a leader in the past when all the empires took their sides. I mean atleast Terran Republic has a full time leader because whos gona decide which votes make it through. Actually same with New Conglomerate because they are the "new republic". And then who the hell brainwashed the people to join the Vanu Sovereignty?

This is part of the past we dont know about. Now what is it?
