Do a google search for your area. You stay in the arena and sleep and eat when necessary (they have a bunch of safe zones with food, bathroom, water etc...usually marked by a towering orange flag) (taped off area of about 1 square mile or so, depending on size) and be prepared to drive to some rural areas
