Who has seen lag/delay weirdness over the last week?

So, who has seen weird shit lately? I've posted along with a ton of other people on the OF tech support, but have gotten no answer. I just want to get a feel for how big a problem this is, and see if we can escalate it to someone at SOE who will take a look at it. Basically, I've seen these things lately:
After more encounters with this problem last night, I am now positive that it has nothing to do with a CPU getting maxed out or anything. These issues occur when I am in a tower by myself, or when I'm in a big battle. Number of people on the continent or same area seems to have no bearing. Here's some of the weird things I've had happen to me since this past Saturday, that have NEVER happened in my 8 months of playing:
1) Stamina draining to ~20% while using surge. Turn off surge, and stamina immediately shoots back up to 100%. This happened about 1/3 of the time I used surge yesterday, and there was no lag-like delay when it happened, it was immediate.
2) Players taking enough damage to be killed 4 times over and not dying, and players dying without seemingly ever being shot. I've had both happen. I'll unload a full clip of a jackhammer into someone from behind, and they won't die, or they will die 10 seconds later. I'll be running down a hallway, and all of a sudden be dead, and it says I was killed by a player I never saw.
3) Players appearing/disappearing out of nowhere. Just two days ago, I was at a friendly base, defending it from 2 or 3 attackers, who were respawning at an ams nearby. I cleared out the spawn room, and was repairing a spawn tube. My audio amp showed a red dot approaching the courtyard outside. That red dot then got stuck for a few seconds, then it reappeared right next to me, as I got mowed down by an MCG. The spawn room doors never opened.
4) I get the "computer has stopped receiving packets" message while loading the game, every time now. But my packetloss in-game is never over 1%.
5) Using equipment terminals/lockers/inventory freezes, or doesn't respond for several seconds.
6) Repairing armor/health freezes at some point, then a few seconds later shoots up to 100%.
7) Vehicles stop randomly, then a few seconds later appear in a different place.
Having my outfit on teamspeak, I've found that we all seem to have these weird lag spikes at exactly the same time, every time. So, it is not my computer or connection. This is most definitely a server-side issue. What are your experiences over the last week?
