Anyone else baffled by the fact that AA MAXs cant aim straight up or at least higher than 70 degrees?

It only makes logical sence especially since the Lib has been added for months now. They tend to camp over the middle of the base and only move over the the veh. pad when absolutly necessary to bomb it while all AA MAXs (maybe not the burster, i dont know how big the splash is) will have a hell of a time locking and hitting it without going outside the base (and ofter out of range,and in danger of getting mowed) or to at least the corner of the base wall where other vehicle's firing at them becomes a problem.

I'm not asking to be able to stand right blow it and fire up, but 70 degrees is a bit inferior for something than can hover sometimes over 300m above me (depends on the base location/continent). 70 degrees on Searhus in the crater is no big deal, but on Amerish, Forseral, Hossin, Easmir, Ishundar, etc. It becomes very annoying.
