Like are you italian, irish, etc.
I'm half Irish, and the other half is German and Portugese(sp). And while I'm at it one grandpa came from Hawaii (where the portugese comes from) and the other from Ireland (all Irish), so yeah. Hawaii grandpa was there for Pearl Harbor, and I dunno what Irish grandpa did but he was a WW2 if I'm correct.
