What's your favorite movie scene?

I'm sure all of us can think of a movie that had a great scene in it, even if the movie itself wasn't so great. So here's a thread for you to post your favorite scenes. It can be your favorite for whatever reason: it made you gasp/hold your breath/cry/stare/clap/crap your pants, whatever.
So here are some of the ones that come to mind for now:
1. The opening scene in Apocalypse Now, with The Door's song, "The End" playing as the helicopters whirl across the screen. Classic scene, extremely well done. Another great part is when Kurtz yells, "We train young men to drop fire on people. But their commanders won't allow them to write 'fuck' on their airplanes because it's obscene."
2. The opening scene in Star Wars: A New Hope. Another classic. I had never seen an Imperial Star Destroyer before watching the movie, so I was really impressed when it rumbled by the screen.
3. The cafeteria scene in Animal House, where John Bellucci stuffs his face with food, yells, "I'm a zit!" and spits his food everywhere. That's hilarious.
4. The ending of Blazing Saddles, where the actors chase each other off the set and into the set of other movies and around Hollywood. Completely random, but in a good way.
5. A Beautiful Mind has a very touching scene where John Nash's wife holds his hand to her heart. There are many good sequences in that movie, but this one comes to mind first.
6. As I mentioned in "The Coolest Dude" thread, I thought the Twins from The Matrix: Revolutions were awesome. That said, there was a part in the movie where one of the Twins phases out, the Cadillac SUV drives through him, and then he phases back in inside the vehicle. Whoa.
So that's what I have so far, what's yours?
