There's one thing I'm not sure about, and when I say this I'm judging that SOE are handling the SWG and PS betas in the same way (the application forms were almost identical
).
They clearly intend on making that application form stand for the duration of beta. I'm predicting that much of the optimizing won't have been done yet and they won't even be able to allow too many people who
just meet the system requirements until they are sure that it can be run properly on those specs. I wonder if beta will start off "top heavy", with the more speedy systems.
Its a shame that we don't know exactly where the game is in development, if the game already runs well on those specs ... then there'll be more low end users in exclusive beta than
