Recall to SANC

Why when you recall does it spawn you in the sanctuary central building?

This is basically a useless big hulk of nothing usefull as far as I can see.
Why not respawn to the HART building.
There are enough rooms in it.
There seems nothing that the sanc building has that the HART building has not.
OR IS THERE?
maybe I missed something.

I am so fed up of recalling in a MAX suit and legging it to the hart building when I hear the arrival siren JUST TO BOUNCE OFF THE DOOR as it changes to shut just as I get there.

If you don't wish to HART you can leave this building to go to WARP gate just as easily as SANC building.
