game issues! New Glitch?

I go into game, and every five minutes the game freezes compltely and apparently so does my comp. Or atleast the game so much i cant get to my desktop. Is this a new known issue and happening to others or..... Anyone know?

As an example i was dropping onto ceryshen a few minutes ago. I was in the pod in the air and it just froze. the other time it was just when the sanc load bar was filling coming into the game, which i thought was a just it not loading and freezing, but apparently wasnt.
