It is always cheaper to buy a house that's already built. Building a house is completely different. Go ahead, don't tell them. Then when you spend the difference and they know you don't make that much a year or got a raise, you will be arrested.

Who the hell would want to live in a posh suburban neighborhood if you have $1,000,000 to spend? That's retarded. Give me 10,000 acres of land and build me a nice size home right in the middle of it. Nothing big and fancy. Maybe 3 to 4 bed rooms, 2 to 3 bath rooms, huge ass kitchen cause that's where it's all at, then a nice sized living room, and computer lab large enough for up to 10 computers.
