WickedToast is the latest website to preview PlanetSide. Here's a taste of the toast:

If you can get in a decent squad with people who know what they want to be doing and what they want you to be doing, there is little left to be desired. You can get a nice team with a couple of MAXs, some infantry, a driver or two for vehicular support, and a galaxy pilot to take you places, and the world is yours - organized combat on a large scale. If you do not get a squad and go solo, you will most likely have a lot less fun, as you simply won't be able to get to the action in time, nor be sufficiently effective in time. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of getting in a decent squad.
