Gamespy has finally tossed up their review of PlanetSide, clocking in at 75% Here is a snippet:

As mentioned in our first look, PlanetSide can best be classified as an "MMOFPS" -- a massively multiplayer online first-person shooter. It's a team game, and shares much in common with Battlefield: 1942, Team Fortress, and the Tribes series. There are three factions -- the Vanu Sovereignty, the New Conglomerate, and the Terran Republic -- fighting for control of 100 bases spread out across 10 massive continents.
