I was just browsing around the Official forums and I came across thread where someone asked what is in planning for the next patch. Sporkfire replied with the following:

Outfit Base Ownership will be going into Testing next. At the moment, QA is focused on shaking Core Combat down for release next week and then they will move into testing Outfit Base Ownership.

Outfit base ownership should be interesting, especially after the release of Core Combat. Check out the original thread here.
