Well sniping has never been a problem for me except for the dudes in T2 who got a head shot on you while you're flying in your shrike, that pissed me off.

I would agree with heavy armor being more or less invulnerable to snipers. Not totally invicible or people would take max armor a lot but 3-4 head shots for a kill, something like that.
