This does NOT eliminate teamwork, quiet the opposite.

Squad 1 moves forward, gives and takes fire.

Squad 2 leapfrogs, and continues the assault.

Squad 1 reps and rez.

Squad 1 leapfrogs again while Squad 2 recovers.

Yes this is just a simplistic example. But a valid one.
