Should be correct. We know that 1) Light Assault can use carbines 2) Medics can use full sized rifles.

We also have a fairly good reason to suppose that Light Assault can also use full sized rifles. Medics using carbines make more sense than full sized rifles imo, but either way I doubt carbine would equal to at least faster TTK.
