Coming out of the tubes you hear a Cycler or MCG....you better not be thinking, "oh cool custom sounds". Your ass better be thinking that you are about to lose your spawn tubes.
This is why I LOATH when they have all empire vehicle weekends.
I hear a Magrider from the tower I am in, I grab my Punisher (EMP) and Phoenix and run to the top and then get all pissy when I see a blue Mag.

I agree with Knocky on this one. Weapon identification is extremely important to me and should not be traded away for real world money.
How "cool" do you want your gun to sound? You want it to spew DMX while you shoot lead downrange? It's a rifle/gun .. it goes "bang", and the bang is effected by the caliber, barrel length, round weight/velocity, etc. But a minor change to a specific weapon is not typically enough to notice with the human ear (especially if you're wearing ear protection -- which you should always do
) -- ie. An M16 with a flash suppressor still sounds like an M16 without one.
The only exception to this would be a suppressor/silencer -- as a sidegrade, but it would have to have a significant trade off for me to even support that.
