Giblets

I realise this is completely arbitrary to actual game play, but it even a mild gib effect makes a difference in how weapons feel. When you blast infantry with a massive explosion and they just flop down like the have been shot with a pea shooter.

Doesn't have to be over the top, just at least with the big hitters I wanna see things go splat.
