Hit and Run

I know u can use vehicles to run people over but does it work aginst Max armor? I mean it makes sense that a heavy tank could squash one but a harraser would just crumple. Is it going to be like The Getawy where if you get hit by a car u die no matter what. Or bf1942 where a slow hit might not kill you but a fast one would?
