Yes, but [enemy = red] != [enemy = nothing] because the red name gives them away... you spot them from miles when they're in cammo, which makes cammo pointless.
It's not about IFF, it's about having a neon sign on your head saying "
SNIPER HERE, PLEASE CARPET BOMB ME!" when you're supposedly hiding in the bushes.
