Can someone explain this to me ?

Ok in a Planetside vid (you can see it in the one with the interviews) we can see an Enforcer getting attacked by a Prowler, the Enforcer then begins to fire back and chases the Prowler, then we can see a NC Lighthing joining the chase. Now here's the thing, the Lighthing and Enforcer seem to have the same speed. Now someone tell me why you would pick a fragile Enforcer over an armored Lighthing if they both go same speed, specially since you could have 2 Lightnings for the price of 1 Enforcer. (aside from the fact that Reinforced armors can used Enforcer but not Lightning)
