new pc for PS2. (i have no idea what i'm doing)

so my old pc is well Old

So to cut a long story short, I decidet du make a new one my self or die trying

I have come to this computer build, and would like to get a little feedback on it

CPU: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 670 OC (2 GB)
GPU: Intel Core i5 2500K Sandy Bridge
PSU: Corsair Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 (having a hard time, figuring out how to select a CPU )
MOBO: ASRock B75 Pro3 (not sure on this one seems too cheap to me, but i'm short on money so who am I to complain )
Ram: 6DDR3

will this system run ps2, and more important will it run at all?
english isn't my first language but I hope you guys can understand some of it.
