Higby Tweets Weapon Changes

VS weapon tuning; faster projectile speed (fastest per weapon now), less damage loss at long range. Better emphasis on high accuracy.

TR

@demonicking08 TR are best fire rate, best overall DPS, best sustained damage. Low recoil, medium damage, large ammo capacity.

Best rate of fire and low recoil?

I'm trying to see some draw backs to playing TR and I'm not seeing them.
