The flow would go something like this:

1. Mouse left until your wingtip points to the ground.
2. Hold left control.
3. Drag the mouse downwards as fast as you can.

You may need to fuck with your sensitivity and/or input DPI for this to be practical. Also, all directions assume inverted Y axes.
